Corlis Design & Construction, Inc. was established in 1983 with a focus on the Art of Building.  We attract clients and employees whose priorities are quality, attention to detail and are obsessive about building well.  The company normally works on one project at a time with total focus to each job.  CDC does not have multiple layers of management, Michael Corlis, president and Michael Moore, vice president, personally take full responsibility for your project.  Together, these two individuals have more than 50 years of experience in custom building and design.  We are a team of committed and experienced craftsmen who treat your project like their own.  The more highly detailed and finished your project, the more we will stand out.  Our goal is to integrate our clients and their design professionals (or ours) into the master team since the most successful houses rise out of the combined efforts of all team members.  We specialize in facilitating this larger team and fostering efficient communication, a critical priority.
